TAC file analysis made easy. fit_exp is a non-linear fitting of the sum of 1-3 exponential functions to plasma and tissue time-activity curves (TACs).
The function is: f(x) = p1*exp(p2*x) + p3*exp(p4*x) + p5*exp(p6*x).
TAC file must be in DFT format. Function parameters are written in fit or result format, depending on filename extension (.fit or .res).

Usage: fit_exp [Options] <TAC file> [Fit or Result file]

General options:
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing

Other options:
-starttime=<Time (min)>
Set the sample time from where fitting is started (0 by default).
-endtime=<Time (min)>
Set the sample time where fitting is stopped (last sample by default).
-fit=<Filename>
Fitted TACs are written in DFT format
-svg=<Filename>
Fitted and measured TACs are plotted in specified SVG file
-autoname
Names for fit file and fitted TAC file are set automatically
-wf
Weight by sampling interval
